Why new rules?

To protect exhibitors and attendees from cancelled fairs and lost fees. All organisers must be licensed and each fair must have a permit.

For Organisers

• License Fee (One-Time): $800 – granting the right to organize exhibitions in Nigeria. Valid for 1 year.
• Event Certification Fee:
  • $1,500 – for exhibitions occupying more than 2,000 sqm net
  • $1,000 – for exhibitions occupying 800 sqm – 2,000 sqm net
  • $500 – for exhibitions up to 800 sqm net
• Submit venue & insurance certificates when applying for each fair permit.
• Post-fair report must be submitted within 15 days.

For Exhibitors

• Always check that a fair is "Approved" on our National Fair Calendar before paying.
